This is just a bit better than the previous one as the height matches more of the eye line of the girl as well as making a better composition. The animation of the rabbits arm was extended so it could reach more easily into the shot as well as being scaled down. I also rotated the animation to fit it. So as opposed to just laying her hand on his, its more like she's reaching round to grab it.
