The idea of the additional shot had previously been intended to show where the rabbit went after the girl brushed him away at the beginning, it was also intended to give context for her looking down and seeing his sudden change in size off screen. Unfortunately this had not been documented and created in early drafts of the storyboard and animatic at this point, but merely an idea I still had inside my head which I never got onto paper. Regardless, despite being a later addition, I think it will help communicate the characters actions more to the audience.
