Font Research+Experimentation

I figured now would be an important time to think about what font I want for the titles themselves. After all, the titles need to stylistically match or contrast the imagery. I am going with something african themed as it is set in east africa. I have decided to look on the website DaFont. They have all sorts of freelance fonts to be used in projects.

I first searched up the word Africa to find this font I liked. AFRICAN

Although it does look slightly recycled, it does get the theme across, I typed the title of the project to see how it would look.

I then looked for something more Tribal and I think the most interesting for me this 3rd one in centre.

BUT THEN I REALISED SOMETHING!

At the ending of the book some doctors ask the protagonist(Gerry) to write about his story while he had been asleep. If I wrote/animated the Titles myself into it, it can automatically convey that.

I'm going to try that. I will take a frame each time I draw a bit of the credit, so it will look like its drawing itself. It shall be stop motion.
