Research+Experiment Idea: Questionnaire?

I have recently gotten the idea to find other ways of research, the main one being to create a questionnaire on nostalgia children's media that scared the subjects participating. So if I print them out, I could get some extra sources of inspiration to look at and investigate into what them scary to the individual.
